David Morison

David Morison is a results-focused HR professional with over 12 years of experience in five-star hotels in Central London. They began their career at London Hilton on Park Lane as an HR Co-ordinator before advancing to HR Officer, where they executed various national HR projects and won multiple awards for their contributions. Following this, David served as HR Advisor at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, driving significant improvements in employee engagement and operational efficiency. Most recently, they held leadership roles with Jumeirah Group, earning recognition as HR Manager of the Year at the 'Hotel Cateys' in 2017, and they are currently a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AbbVie. David holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
