Davide Boy

Davide Boy has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Medical Director at AbbVie since January 2025, with a prior role as Head of Medical Affairs in Immunology. Previously, Davide held various leadership positions at Eli Lilly and Company, including Medical Division Leader for Oncology, where responsibilities encompassed people management, cross-functional support, and oversight of clinical trials. Davide's career also includes significant roles at Incyte as Country Senior Medical Director and European Medical Director for Solid Tumors. Academically, Davide earned a Ph.D. in Clinical and Experimental Oncology and Hematology from the Università di Genova, following a Doctor of Medicine degree at the same institution.
