Eric Baude

Eric Baude has significant legal experience in the pharmaceutical industry, serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at AbbVie from January 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing Immunology, Heme Oncology, and Obesity IP Groups, as well as successfully defending multiple post-grant challenges to intellectual property before the US Patent Office. Prior to this role, Eric Baude was a Senior Counsel at AbbVie, providing patent support to the Oncology therapeutic area and held a similar position at Abbott Laboratories from December 2010 to January 2013.
