Eric Miller

Eric Miller is a Senior Scientist I at AbbVie, specializing in Global Medicinal Chemistry within the Antiviral Chemistry Team since February 2021. Prior to this role, Eric served as a PhD Candidate at Northwestern University under the guidance of a professor from September 2016 to January 2021. Eric's research experience also includes working as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh from May 2014 to June 2016, where collaboration occurred with Professor Peter Wipf. Eric earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016, during which time a new TiO2-supported borohydride reducing reagent for carbonyl reduction was developed.
