Eric Yang

Eric Yang is a highly experienced professional in the fields of statistical genetics and computational biology. Currently serving as the Director of Statistical Genetics and Computational Biology at AbbVie since August 2024, Eric previously held the same position at Cerevel Therapeutics from October 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Eric was the Sr. Director of Computational Biology at Frequency Therapeutics from March 2020 to October 2021 and worked as a researcher in human genetics at Boston Veterans Hospital from May 2019 to March 2020. Eric’s industry experience began as a computational biologist at Sanofi Genzyme from January 2015 to March 2018. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Fudan University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Neurobiology from Rutgers University.
