Gary Leisk

Gary Leisk is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, performance management, and supply chain. They served as a Senior Operations Improvement Manager at AbbVie from 2013 to 2015, leading initiatives to enhance service and reliability while managing performance improvement programs. Prior to that, Gary held various roles at Abbott and Solvay Pharmaceuticals, including Global Business Excellence Manager and Performance System Manager, where they focused on continuous improvement across multiple sites. Gary earned a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from University College Cork and began their career as a Chemikant at BASF.
