Ivan Cheng is a seasoned professional in human resources and management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, e-commerce, and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Director of Allergan Aesthetics China at AbbVie since April 2020, Ivan previously held roles including HRG at Alibaba Group and Senior HR Manager-HRBP, Commercial at Novartis.
