Jared Wiig

Jared Wiig is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in biologics development and fermentation processes. In roles at Allergan, Jared served as a Senior Scientist and Team Lead, focusing on upstream CMC for biologics drug development, where expertise included optimizing fermentation processes and assisting in downstream purification. Jared's earlier experience includes an EH&S internship at Hydranautics, which involved monitoring bio-reactor systems and achieving significant cost savings. Academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, where Jared conducted research on nitrogenase proteins and supervised undergraduate students in laboratory techniques.
