Juno Li

Juno Li is currently serving as Legal Counsel at AbbVie, where they focus on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investments, and corporate matters across various industries, including manufacturing and technology. Prior to this, Juno held positions as Of Counsel at Han Kun Law Offices and as an Associate at Jones Day, where they gained extensive experience in legal consulting. Juno earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Shanghai International Studies University.
