Karyn Quick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT quality and regulatory compliance, project management, and software testing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of IT Quality and Regulatory Compliance at AbbVie since November 2021, Karyn has previously held significant roles including Head of the CTO Project Management Office at Takeda and IT Associate Director at Shire, where strategic project management and establishment of testing methodologies were key responsibilities. Karyn's background also includes leadership positions in validation governance at Baxalta and project management at Abbott Laboratories, contributing to various large-scale SAP implementations and ensuring compliance within highly regulated environments.
