Lee Arrowsmith

Lee Arrowsmith is an accomplished procurement and operations leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. At AbbVie, from August 2018 to March 2024, Lee served as Associate Director and Global Lead for Operations Procurement Management and Sourcing, overseeing strategic sourcing and supplier management. Prior roles at AbbVie included Senior Category Manager for Global Packaging and Category Manager for Primary & Secondary Packaging, where Lee developed and implemented packaging strategies within the EU region. Earlier experience at Abbott from April 2006 to January 2013 included serving as Demand Coordinator for the Pharma division, where Lee managed forecasting and sales operations, and various compliance and support roles within the nutrition distribution department, ensuring regulatory compliance and inventory management.
