Lei Wang

Lei Wang is a highly skilled Senior Scientist II at AbbVie, with a focus on innovating, developing, optimizing, and scaling up purification processes since May 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Clemson University from August 2015 to April 2020, where Lei Wang contributed to the development of novel stationary phases in HPLC, simulated mathematical models for protein overloading, and applied LC-MS techniques to biological samples. Additionally, Lei Wang collaborated on method development for purifying exosomes and lentivirus, established online monitoring techniques for monoclonal antibodies, invented a microwave frequency detector for HPLC instruments, and provided training for new group members. With a PhD in Chemistry from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Wuhan University, Lei Wang possesses a strong academic background and extensive research experience.
