Leila Largeanu

Leila Largeanu (Baubec) is an experienced professional in pharmacovigilance, currently serving as Director of International PV Case Management at AbbVie from April 2023 to March 2025. Leila also holds the title of International Pharmacovigilance Operational Excellence Lead through a secondment and has previously worked as a Pharmacovigilance Manager and Director of Safety Management at AbbVie. Prior roles include Country Safety Lead and Drug Safety Officer at Pfizer from October 2017 to October 2019, along with a position as Chief Pharmacist at Farmaciile DONA from October 2014 to April 2015. Leila began the career as a Trainee at Sensiblu in February 2013.
