Lily Chen

Lily Chen has extensive experience in market access and government affairs, currently serving as the Head of Market Access and Government Affairs at AbbVie and Pharmacyclics since November 2014. Prior to this role, Lily held the position of Senior Director of Market Access and Head of Regional Market Access at 百时美施贵宝 from October 2013 to November 2014, and served as the Head of Market Access and Patient Access at Novartis Oncology from May 2009 to October 2013. Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Shandong Medical University, obtained in 1996, and is pursuing another Bachelor degree in Medical from the same institution.
