Lorelie Parolin

Lorelie Parolin currently serves as a Board Member for Special Olympics of Illinois since August 2023 and holds the position of Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development at AbbVie, where responsibility includes shaping learning strategies for a global workforce. Previous roles include Vice President of Culture and Organization Effectiveness at McDonald's and Chief Learning Officer at McDonald's Corporation. Parolin has extensive experience in human resources and learning development, having worked at McDonald's in various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of US HR and Director of Learning Innovation. Parolin's educational background includes a degree in Communication and Business from St. Norbert College and a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University.
