Lyan Simon is currently a Medical Advisor in Gastroenterology at AbbVie, having previously served as a Medical Science Liaison in Dermatology from 2020 to 2023. Lyan's experience includes roles such as a Medical Affairs Officer and Medical Information Officer at Kyowa Kirin Pharma B.V. from 2019 to 2020, as well as being a Student Researcher at UMCG from 2016 to 2017. Lyan was active on the Executive Board of the International Student Congress of (bio) Medical Sciences and contributed as a Peer Educator for Project MoneyWays, promoting financial awareness among high school students from 2015 to 2016.
