Martin Eisinger

Senior Scientist

Martin Eisinger is a highly accomplished scientist with extensive experience in structural characterization and gene therapy. Eisinger's career began with internships at the Institute for Analytical Research and OMV, focusing on laboratory analysis and crude oil characterization. Eisinger then pursued a Master's thesis at the University of Vienna, investigating serum proteome alterations related to cancer-induced cachexia. Following a Bachelor thesis at the UVic Genome BC Proteomics Centre, Eisinger completed a PhD at Goethe University, specializing in HDX-MS of membrane proteins. Subsequently, Eisinger worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at AbbVie, concentrating on higher-order structure studies before taking on the role of Senior Scientist at AbbVie, beginning in May 2022. Eisinger's academic achievements include exceptional degrees in Engineer Technical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, awarded magna cum laude.
