Maya Lipert

Maya Lipert is an experienced professional in pharmaceutical sciences with a strong focus on molecular profiling, drug delivery, and small molecule CMC development. Currently serving as Associate Director at AbbVie since April 2020, Maya Lipert has held multiple roles at the company, including Principal Research Scientist II and Principal Research Scientist I, contributing to solid state chemistry and process research. Prior to AbbVie, Maya Lipert worked at Merck from March 2015 to April 2020 as an Associate Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist, specializing in discovery pharmaceutical sciences and early formulation. Maya Lipert holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Chemistry and Spanish from Grinnell College.
