Mel Pan is currently the Head of Value and Access for Immunology and Specialty Care at AbbVie. They began their career at Roche Diagnostics as a Group Product Manager and have since held multiple roles at Abbott Laboratories and AbbVie, including Strategic Projects Manager and Business Unit Manager. Mel earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Technology, Sydney, after attending Merewether High School.
