Michael Kelly

Michael Kelly is a Finance Director in Business Development & Acquisitions at AbbVie, where they lead a team responsible for developing deal models and conducting financial analyses for strategic investments, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Director in the AbbVie Transition Office, overseeing major transformation efforts and integration management. Earlier in their career, they worked at EY in Transaction Advisory Services, advising clients on managing buy-side and sell-side transactions. Michael is currently pursuing a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
