Michael Persman

Michael (Mike) Persman is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic outcomes in recruitment. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Executive Search & R&D at AbbVie, they manage the largest sourcing, pipelining, and market insights team in the department. Previously, as Account Director at Talent Intelligence, they led a global team that achieved significant cost savings for clients. Michael also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa, where they are currently continuing their education.
