Michael Smith

Michael Smith is currently the Associate Director of Category Management at AbbVie, having held various roles including Category Manager for IT Purchasing and Manager of Supplier Catalogs. Previously, Michael worked as a Sr. Purchasing Agent for Supplies & Services at Abbott and as a Consultant at Xerox Connect. They began their career as a Business System Analyst at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Quantitative Methods from Illinois State University, as well as dual master's degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from Benedictine University.
