Mike Hoffman

Mike Hoffman serves as the Vice President of Process Engineering and API Pilot Plant at AbbVie, where responsibility includes the design, development, and transfer of manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products. With a strong background in process engineering, Mike has held various leadership roles at AbbVie, including Senior Director of Process Engineering and Director of Combination Products, focusing on the development and scaling of both small molecules and biologics. Prior experience at Abbott spanned roles from Director of Combination Products to Technical Manager, emphasizing pharmaceutical technical support and process science. Mike holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
