Pascal Schalkowsky

Pascal Schalkowsky has extensive experience in the field of protein analysis and biologics development, beginning with a PhD and postdoctoral research at Saarland University, focusing on mass spectrometric analysis of proteins from September 2009 to January 2013. Subsequently, Pascal served as Associate Scientist for Protein Characterization at Novartis' Biologics Technical Development and Manufacturing, and later took on roles as Scientist - Lead Project Analyst, where responsibilities included leading the analytical CMC team, characterizing antibodies, developing analytical techniques, and compiling regulatory documents. In June 2018, Pascal became Senior Scientist Project Analytics at Formycon AG, managing biosimilar program analytics and acting as the primary contact for project-related analytics. Most recently, Pascal held positions as Biologics Technical Lead and Biologics Analytical Lead at AbbVie in January 2023. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Biology from Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, completed between 2003 and 2009.
