Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas is an Analytical Protein Characterization Lead who manages a team of scientists at AbbVie, specializing in CMC analytical activities. They previously held roles as a Principal Research Scientist I and II at AbbVie and served as the Director of the Center for Top Down Proteomics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. With a strong background in analytical chemistry, Paul has worked as a Research Associate Professor at Northwestern University, contributing to proteomics and bioinformatics. They hold a BS and MS in Chemistry from George Mason University and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Passionate about innovative biologics development, Paul is also an outdoorsman and baseball fan.
