Ray Pinter

Ray Pinter is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for both Executive Recruiting and Global Sourcing, as well as Global Commercial at AbbVie since January 2013, Ray manages a team of over 70 talent acquisition professionals across multiple global regions. Previously held roles include Director of Talent Acquisition for Global R&D and Senior Manager of R&D Talent Acquisition at AbbVie, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Abbott Laboratories. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles at Astellas Pharma US and TAP Pharmaceutical Products, as well as recruitment positions at Manpower and agency recruitment roles at Aerotek and Sapient Solutions. Ray Pinter earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Loras College in 1999.
