Ray van Hook

Ray Van Hook, CPP, CIPM, currently serves as the Director of Security Operations NAC at AbbVie since January 2013. Prior to this role, Ray held positions as the Executive Director of Campus Security at The School of The Art Institute of Chicago from September 2009 to June 2011 and as the Senior Director of Security & Safety at the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, where management included overseeing security for McCormick Place, McCormick Place Hyatt Hotel, and Navy Pier. Earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Director for Protection Services at The Art Institute of Chicago from 2001 to 2007, managing a comprehensive protection program across multiple facilities. Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Lewis University.
