Robert Cain is currently the Director of Informatics at AbbVie, where they lead the development of innovative tools such as WORLD-drug and WORLD-competitive Intelligence, aimed at analyzing drug development data. They have an extensive background in scientific and data analysis, having managed the Allergan Research Data Warehouse and various cheminformatics projects. Robert received their Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan in 1997 and held multiple roles at Allergan, including leading projects to support lead discovery and data analytics. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience at DuPont as a Contract Chemist and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at North Carolina State University.
