Rui He

Rui Rui is a Principal Research Scientist I at AbbVie, specializing in the development of combination product pump systems and sustaining autoinjector platforms. With over eight years of experience in full life-cycle product development of implantable and disposable medical devices, Rui has previously led technical teams at Baxter International Inc. and Boston Scientific. They have a strong background in engineering and product development, including designing MRI-compatible cardiac devices and inventing innovative testing methods. Rui is currently pursuing a PhD and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University.
