Ryan Roman

Ryan Roman is the Director of Medical Program Management at AbbVie, where they also held roles such as Associate Director and Project Planner, contributing significantly to oncology initiatives. Prior to AbbVie, Ryan was a Project Manager at Huntington Ingalls Industries, overseeing technical trainer projects and leading core program management teams. They also served as a Program Management Consultant at Warrant Technologies and worked for General Dynamics Information Technology managing IT initiatives. Ryan is a veteran of the US Navy, where they served as an Electronics Technician. Ryan is passionate about helping veterans achieve gainful employment post-military and is involved with the USO of Wisconsin.
