Stephen Yan

Stephen Yan is currently the Associate Director of R&D Strategic Resourcing at AbbVie, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Wootz from 2023 to 2024 and worked as a Consultant and Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group from 2020 to 2022. Stephen earned a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rice University, where they also completed their BS in the same field. Prior to their consulting roles, they gained research experience as both a Graduate and Undergraduate Researcher at Rice University and held positions at Enventure as a Project Manager and Program Director.
