Steve Strathmann

Steve Strathmann is a seasoned particle and materials scientist with over 23 years of experience in product development and manufacturing, specializing in highly regulated pharmaceutical drug products and devices. They held various research positions at Baxter Healthcare, including roles as Research Associate and Research Scientist, where they advanced analytical techniques and contributed to product optimization. At Pfizer, Steve served as a Director, managing cross-functional teams and enhancing operational efficiencies through innovative technological solutions. Currently, they are a Principal Research Scientist II at AbbVie, leading the Global Material and Parenteral Packaging Science team to support the development of container closure systems. Steve’s educational background includes a BS in Chemistry and Criminal Justice from Ball State University and they are pursuing an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
