Tim Rombouts

Tim Rombouts is the Head of Healthcare Innovation at AbbVie, a role held since 2021 where they lead teams in Healthcare Innovation and Patient Experience to enhance patient care. They previously served as Business Unit Manager for both Gastroenterology and Neurology, managing top-performing product portfolios and driving stakeholder relationships. Earlier in their career, Tim worked as a Policy Officer at the Ministerie van VWS and gained international experience as a Technical Officer at the World Health Organization. Tim holds a Master's degree in International Law from The University of Glasgow, and a Master's degree in Dutch Law from Tilburg University, among other qualifications.
