Tracy M. Gray Fields

Tracy M. Gray Fields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering, process engineering, and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at AbbVie since April 2016, Tracy provides guidance on qualification and validation requirements in R&D and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. As the Owner and Executive Chef of Dish It Out, Inc., since July 2014, Tracy brings culinary expertise to the business. Previous roles include Senior Engineer and Interim Package Engineering Lab Manager at Abbott, where Tracy managed various projects related to validation, packaging, and process improvements that generated significant cost savings. Tracy's career began at Baxter International Inc. as a Process Engineer, and other positions include validation roles at PRFC/TG Validation Services Inc., Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, and Ecology and Environment Inc.
