Wei Liu

Wei Liu is a highly experienced professional in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, currently serving as Executive Scientific Director and Research Fellow at AbbVie since February 2014, with a progressive career in various leadership roles including Senior Director and Director. Prior to AbbVie, Wei Liu worked at Abbott from January 2005 to February 2014, holding multiple senior positions in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. Earlier experience includes a role as Associate Scientist at Quintiles. Wei Liu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutics from the University of Minnesota, a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis from the National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products in China, and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Beijing Medical University.
