Rodd Rafieha

Rodd Rafieha has extensive work experience in the home furnishings industry. Rodd began their career at Power of Home Furnishings in 2006, where they held various positions including Vice President of Sales and Creative Director. In these roles, they managed sales teams and worked with vendors to provide new designs and increase sales in retail locations. In 2008, they joined Abbyson as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, eventually progressing to the roles of Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, starting in 2013 and 2021 respectively. Throughout their career, Rodd Rafieha has demonstrated strong leadership and sales abilities in the home furnishings industry.

Rodd Rafieha earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge, attending from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, in May 2012, Rodd received a U.S. House of Representatives Special Recognition certification by the Congress of the United States.
