Keaton Fox has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Keaton started their career in 2005 as a Television Operations Manager at the University of Oklahoma. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Anchor/Producer at KFDX. Keaton then joined KSBI as a Reporter for a brief period in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Reporter at KRIS/KZTV in Corpus Christi and won a regional EMMA award for anchoring. Keaton then transitioned to KXAS (NBC Universal) - Dallas, where they worked as a Multiskilled Journalist from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they were responsible for covering breaking news, producing stories for broadcast and web, and maintaining an active social media presence. Keaton joined Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2014 and worked as a Digital Content Producer/Breaking News Anchor until 2016. In this role, they managed digital profiles, produced content, and anchored breaking news while utilizing interactive graphics. Since 2016, Keaton has been with ABC13 Houston, starting as an Investigations Producer before being promoted to Sr. Manager, Digital Content/Data Strategy. Their most recent role at ABC13 Houston is as the VP of News and Digital, which they assumed in July 2021.

Keaton Fox obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to Journalism, they also pursued a study in Political Science during the same time period at the same university.
