Catherine Smith

Catherine Smith is an accomplished Supervising/Senior Editor with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, currently working at EWTN since July 2019. In this role, Catherine manages the news editing team, oversees scheduling, assigns daily responsibilities, and serves as a liaison among various departments. Prior to EWTN, Catherine held a Video Editor position at ABC since August 2011, contributing to high-profile programs and ensuring quality control throughout the editing process. Catherine's career includes editing roles at PBS, TV One, Discovery Channel, BET Networks, and Entertainment Tonight, demonstrating a solid background in video editing and production across diverse media platforms. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from Morgan State University.
