The roots of ABC Cooking Studio began in a one-floor building in Shizuoka, Japan in 1985 with the creed that "Food is the most important thing to one's healthy life, it should be communicated to everyone." In 3 decades, ABC Cooking Studio has become Japan's No.1 modern baking and cooking studio, with more than 150 studios and global expansion to 8 countries.

ABC Cooking Studio takes gaspel that food is a staple and also the key to fulfilled happiness. The joy that can be derived from food - from its preparation to its consumption are definitive of the value that the organisation wishes to convey. While there is bliss in eating, there is gratification and a sense of achievement in reaping the fruits of your labour. In guiding patrons through the process of fabricating healthy and palatable cuisines, ABC Cooking Studio aspires for their organisational dogma to be undertaken by their patrons as their own.

Unlike conventional cooking classes, ABC Cooking Studio endeavours to deliver beyond instilling knowledge but igniting the inner passion to cook - to make extraordinary food and enjoying every single moment of it. While often the ends justify the means, personal passion and a positive attitude during the process remain the finest spices.
