Susan Devlin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director/Chief Executive Officer for Skills Network Australia and Safety Corp Pty since September 2024, as well as for ABC First Aid since August 2021, Susan has a proven track record in business compliance and training. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Housing Industry Association, where responsibilities spanned National Director of Business Compliance, National Audit & Compliance Manager, and Training Manager for multiple regions from October 2017 to August 2021. Additionally, Susan held the position of State Training Manager at the Royal Life Saving Society Queensland from September 2012 to October 2017 and worked as a Centre Attendant/Trainer at Cookstown District Council from September 2005 to April 2012. Susan's educational background includes studies at South College Lisburn from 2007 to 2010 and Holy Trinity College Cookstown from 2000 to 2006.

ABC Licence Training (RTO 3399), trading as ABC First Aid is a well-established and well-respected Registered Training Organisation that services a diverse community of partners across Australia. We have been around since 1997 and our mission is to support the health and safety of Australian communities through our First Aid Training Partners. We are governed by the requirements and guidelines of Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015. We have been registered as a Registered Training Organisation since 1 Jan 1998. We are committed to complying with the Standards set under the Vet Quality Framework.
