ABC Pathways
Verma Smith, M.Ed. BCBA, is the CEO of ABC Pathways, a company dedicated to providing behavioral analytic treatment services for families affected by Autism, a role held since April 2021. Prior to this, Verma accrued over 22 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator with Chicago Public Schools from August 1999 to September 2021. Educationally, Verma holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Governors State University (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education from Roosevelt University (1992-1995).

The mission of ABC Pathways, LLC is to improve the overall quality of life of individuals and families impacted by autism and other behavior disorders by providing evidence-based child and family-centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We envision a world where all children are recognized for their individual strengths, not their deficits, and where all families impacted by autism have access to the services and support that they need in order to live their best possible lives.
