Andy Capone

Andy Capone is an accomplished professional in labor relations and human resources with extensive experience in the field. Since August 2002, Andy has served as the Director of Labor Relations at ABC Supply, overseeing all aspects of labor relations with 17 different Teamsters/IUOE unions. Prior to this role, Andy was the Director of Human Resources at Spence Group Services, Inc. from October 1995 to June 2002, where responsibilities included supervising the HR department and serving on the Executive Staff and Board of Directors. Andy began the career as a Human Resource Consultant at Rockford Health System in mid-1995, focusing on policy integration for a unified HR strategy. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Illinois State University.
