Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Dover Corporation from 2002 to 2023, serving as VP / CFO across multiple segments, including Engineered Products and Climate & Sustainability Technologies. Jim's career began as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. and is backed by a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and they are also a Certified Public Accountant.
