Joel Shapiro

Joel Shapiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and management at ABC Supply Co. Inc. since November 2003, currently serving as Director of Sales Operations. Joel has successfully established a national support organization for a large sales force and developed training programs that have significantly scaled sales training efforts. Previous roles include Sales Development Manager, Operations Manager for the Southeast Region, and Branch Manager, where achievements included doubling sales and enhancing operational efficiency. Earlier experience at Viking Cue Mfg., Inc. as Sales & Marketing Manager resulted in a notable increase in sales and dealer partnerships. Joel holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is currently pursuing studies in Branch Management and Distribution Line Management at ABC University.
