Inc. since 2019, following its acquisition of Norandex Distribution, Michael previously held various roles at Norandex Building Materials starting in February 2009, including Branch Manager and District Sales Manager, where responsibilities included coaching territory sales representatives and achieving sales goals. Earlier career achievements include co-founding and serving as President and Director of Sales & Operations at Platinum Express Mortgage, Inc., along with loan officer roles at Optimum Mortgage Group, LLC. Michael began professional development as an Internal Auditor and Quality Consultant at Hughes Supply. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida.
