Ron Rowland

Ron Rowland is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer currently at ABC Supply Co. Inc. with previous experience as a User Experience Architect at ICF Next, where notable projects included leading the design of UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare Made Clear chatbot. Earlier roles include UX/UI Design lead at JLL, where Ron spearheaded initiatives for a major internal platform, and Freelance Creative Director, where a successful collaboration with the Chicago Architecture Foundation significantly increased membership.
