Brandon Ridge's work experience includes being the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at ABC30 (KFSN/Disney ABC) since May 2019. In this role, they successfully transformed the station brand and added high-quality content creation. Brandon also increased resources and funding for the community while improving organizational efficiency.

Prior to this, Brandon worked as the Marketing Director/Creative Director at 14 WFIE from March 2012 to May 2019. Brandon played a key role in launching and generating revenue for a local news CTV app. Additionally, their advertising efforts helped the weather team become the number one in the market. Brandon also developed sponsor-focused streaming content that grew revenue and improved the station's brand.

Before joining 14 WFIE, Brandon worked as a Marketing Producer at the same company from October 2007 to March 2012. During this time, they created multiple advertising campaigns that resulted in the growth of news dayparts and weather dominance.

Brandon also worked as a Freelancer in Direction/Design/Animation from June 2009 to May 2019, where they specialized in creating high-end motion design for broadcast and the web, including 2D and 3D animation.

Additionally, Brandon has experience as a Promotions Writer/Producer at Eyewitness News WEHT/WTVW, where they wrote, shot, and edited promotional spots that significantly increased ratings for the 9 PM news, making it the top newscast in primetime for the first time in history.

Brandon Ridge attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained an Associates degree in Visual Communications. Prior to this, they studied Radio/TV at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1999 to 2000.
