Jason Wallace, MBA, has a diverse background in the broadcast industry. Jason began their career as a Master Control Operator at KAIL TV, where they worked their way up to the role of Engineer. During this time, they gained experience in working with transmitters, automation systems, and editing systems.

After their tenure at KAIL TV, Jason went on to work at CBS47 Fresno as a Maintenance Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the maintenance and integration of various equipment, including transmitters, cameras, and automation systems. Jason also played a key role in the installation of new technology, such as the Ross Overdrive automation system.

Following their time at CBS47 Fresno, Jason held the position of Assistant Chief Engineer at KTUD-CA. Here, they were involved in the design and installation of a new broadcast facility. Jason also oversaw the operation and maintenance of various systems, including servers, transmitters, and satellite equipment.

Jason's career then led him to FOX 5 Vegas - KVVU, where they served as the Assistant Director of Engineering. In this role, they managed IT and engineering projects, while also providing technical support for Avid, Harris, Evertz, and Grass Valley systems. Jason played a key part in the station's transition to high definition and was responsible for maintaining strong on-air integrity.

After their time at FOX 5 Vegas - KVVU, Jason joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Broadcast & ENG Maintenance Engineer. Here, they were involved in the maintenance and support of broadcast equipment, including cameras and servers.

More recently, Jason has taken on the role of Director of Engineering at KERO-TV, where they serve as the department head for engineering, IT, and automated production operations. Jason is responsible for managing operating and capital budgets and also teaches the next generation of broadcast engineers.

Currently, Jason is working as a Temporary Faculty member at California State University, Fresno.

Jason Wallace, MBA has a diverse education history. Jason obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Information Technology - Cyber Security from Liberty University from 2016 to 2018. Jason also holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology - Application & Database Development from Liberty University from 2014 to 2016. Jason has a background in computer programming from their studies at the College of Southern Nevada from 2011 to 2014. Jason also holds a certification in ISIS Storage System and Editing Systems from Avid ACSR in 2011. In addition, Jason pursued their interest in biology with studies at California State University, Fresno from 1993 to 1995 and Fresno City College from 1991 to 1993. Recently, they obtained a Data Analytics Core Concepts Certificate from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
