Sonia Rincón

Sonia Rincón is a seasoned news reporter with extensive experience in the broadcast industry. Currently serving as a General Assignment reporter at abc7NY since November 2019, Sonia has previously held key positions including News Reporter/Anchor for 1010 WINS at Audacy, Inc. and General Assignment reporter for WCBS/CBS New York. Sonia's career features a robust background in news anchoring and reporting across various esteemed platforms, including News 12 the Bronx and KYW Newsradio. Additionally, Sonia contributed to journalism education as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY. Sonia Rincón holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College, earned between 1997 and 2001.
