ABCE is a global school where learners from diverse backgrounds share international culture to empower education.

Mr. Moe Chaouni, an entrepreneurial educator and igniter in language training, founded ABCE Language School Inc. in 1995 to respond to the urgent need for superior language education here in the Ottawa region. The name, ABCE, is derived from the letters used to designate language levels achieved on rigorous evaluations within the Public Service and the Canadian Government. Over the years, ABCE has grown and holds a significant presence within the language learning field, here in Ottawa, including a Pathway Agreement with Algonquin College. We have established a solid history in teaching government employees and international students from a wealth of countries situated across the world’s continents.

ABCE is committed to helping learners achieve their objectives from the moment of contact. We support our learners, starting from their language testing stage, throughout their studies and even after completion by offering essential advising. This ensures solid connections. Instructors at ABCE are present in the lives of their students. They motivate and inspire, so that learners heighten their skill-sets to communicate and engage with corporate or academic environments in their chosen languages. Instructors are visionaries who bring best-practices in educational methodology to the classroom, with illuminating effect. This in-depth and personal approach to education is one hallmark for ABCE Language School Inc.

At ABCE, we revolutionize educational design and pioneer courses to suit our clients’ needs. We are involved in every step of the language process to instill confidence-building in learners for social-interaction. Further, we enable total communication across languages through comprehensive Translation Services.
